What is Heavy Rain Simulation?
OVERVIEW
Since the acquisition of Russell House in 2003, we have been running natural and accelerated weathering test-cycles for our clients. Our range of modern equipment, from salt spray to UV testing, now includes a Heavy Rain Simulation Chamber.
The equipment features a 2m x 1m x 1m chamber with multiple water jets. These jets can be positioned to soak the chamber from any direction required.

Products will be placed into the chamber, where water jet nozzles are appropriately positioned for the type of test required. Cycles will then be carried out, simulating “Real-Life” conditions. Should a product fail, our mantra of “Intelligent Testing” means you will be notified at the earliest possible stage and our consultants will suggest an appropriate remedy.
Heavy Rain Simulation Testing is applicable to products in the Aeronautical, Automotive, Construction and Marine industries, to name but a few.
